Wonder where she gets it

photo eMaisie wanted to make sure that Eammon didn’t eat her Kit Kat so she did what Mama does and put a sticky note on it.  Blue sticky notes are common place in our home, if you don’t remember or want to see what I mean, this is where she gets it.

I have been sick with a wicked head cold since Tuesday, Eammon has been away in Texas all week and he also has a cold and now Maisie has come down with it too.  This is really an awful time for Maisie to get sick as she has her gymnastics State Meet on Sunday so we’ll have to see if she’s well enough to attend and compete.  Keeping our fingers crossed that she doesn’t get hit as hard as I have and can’t participate Sunday as she’d be devastated to missed it.

To try and help us get better we’ve been pushing fluids and eating lots of soup including my Cheaters Chicken Soup.  Hopefully it has some magic healing powers for all of us, especially little Maisie.  Click on the picture to be taken to the recipe.

  1. But all of your notes tell Eammon what he can eat. Maisie's is the only note telling him what he can't. LOL!

Oh, I hope you all - especially Maisie - are better by Sunday. Get well!

  2. That is so funny! Get feeling better.

P.S. at our house, we have one person that ignores the notes and eats stuff anyway. :)
