Because last week I was doing a lot of cooking for Maisie’s gym I wanted to make sure that Eammon wasn’t confused as to what was available for him to eat and I didn’t want him saying that he couldn’t find anything good so this was what our fridge looked like last week. Thankfully I have a second fridge out in the garage where I could store all the ingredients and food that I didn’t want him getting into. One thing I will say is that between the Zucchini & Spinach Lasagna, Salad greens, dumplings, Lamb Curry, Saag Aloo, and Spicy Asian Ribs the boy had some variety there.
I mean could you pass up this Zucchini & Spinach Lasagna if it was offered to you? I know that I can’t get enough of it. Click on the picture and check out the recipe and make this as you’ll love it!

ReplyDeleteI must be sure Greg NEVER sees your blog, Lisa. I don't want him to see how well other women treat their husbands when it comes to meals! :) I love your "eat me" notes - perfect.
