Teammate love and a bit of silliness

Maisie loves all the girls on her gymnastics team and I have to say, they are oh-so cute together.  The girls spend three afternoons a week together but with all the hugs hello and goodbye, you’d think their time together was rare and limited.

photo e It always make me happy to see how excited they are seeing one another and all the hugs hello and that they’re sad to say goodbye, so more hugs.  It’s wonderful that Maisie not only loves being at the gym but also adores her teammates.

  3. I have found your post re Maisie's new diet interesting as my daughter is dairy free.
Did you know that caramel colour and artificial flavouring almost always contains milk? I've been told that there is milk in 99% of processed foods. I'm finding it much harder to follow dairy free than gluten free.
Did you know that McDonalds french fries even have milk in them...at least the McDonalds in Canada!
I'm looking forward to seeing what recipes you find that Maisie likes.
