So what did we do…

IMG_9701eWith the Spicy Brown Sugar Bacon that Maisie adored and nearly completely gobbled up?

IMG_9706eWe made a kicked up version of the Piggy-Out Cookies which we made a few weeks ago.

IMG_9714eYes, that’s chocolate chunks and Spicy Brown Sugar Bacon ready to be mixed into a peanut butter cookie dough.  Don’t judge until you taste because these cookies were amazing!

  1. A friend of our used to make something we all called "Fat on a Stick". Bacon with brown sugar wrapped around a bread or a pretzel stick. Mmmm, haven't had one in ages as she quit making them.

  2. It's 8:30 am and my mouth is watering to try your kicked-up piggy out cookies! Peanut butter, chocolate and bacon all together? Be still my beating heart!!

I almost made your fancy bacon yesterday but didn't have any of the pepper stuff. It's on the shopping list for today...once I look up what kind of pepper I'm looking for! Heh!!
