I can’t believe that today is my little baby girl’s first day of second grade. She’s growing up way too quickly and the years seem to be flying by. Maisie has been looking forward to returning to school since the week after horseback riding camp way back in mid-June so this morning she was one very excited little girl.
Looking so grown up and with such a personality!
And I thought she looked so grown up in her first grade picture.
My goodness, she was just a tiny little thing when she headed off to Kindergarten.
Playing with my Hipstamatic for iPhone.
Maisie brought in a little treat for her classmates on the first day of school, Smarties and Dum Dums.
It’s also a big day over on Cook Lisa Cook as it’s The Secret Recipe Club post day and this month I posted a super easy and delicious chicken recipe, Cilantro Lime Chicken so please head on over and check it out.
