know that our dossier has passed critical review and that it is now going to be translated. Andrea said that translation will take 7-10 days. Thus, even at only 7 days in translation, there's no way that we can be DTC (dossier to China) in July. Oh well...we will still celebrate that we are definitely DTC in August!! Maybe though, this is a good thing because, CCAA has been cutting off referrals, before month's end. Now, we won't have to stress about cut-off dates as we'll be DTC at the beginning of a month! (Looking for the positive!)I tried to do a little happy scream, but I couldn't as I have been battling strep throat, so everyone reading this will have to do a little scream of joy for us! (I'm on antibiotics so I am doing better and no longer contagious, but still unable to scream)

ReplyDeleteAnd that positive thinking is right on track. We busted our butts trying to be June DTC, but we slid into the very beginning of July. And it's so nice that we haven't had to spend one second wondering if we made the July cutoff. It's actually... peaceful. Ahhhh. Welcome to August DTC!

Yaaahhoooooooo! That is so exciting! August DTC just means you'll be travelling with those of us who were end of July DTC. It will all be the same group so don't sweat it! Enjoy the happiness of knowing your paperwork is done!

Hey congrats to you both!!! That's weird that your dossier is translated here then sent over. We are with Bethany and they actually translate it over there. Every agency is different... you never know though. You could still be DTC this month! Hoping and praying with you guys!!! :)
