The sky is falling, the sky is falling!
Looking out my back door I saw this funny white stuff falling from the sky. I'm sure that panic grocery shopping has begun as we had almost five full minutes of this freak storm before it all turned to rain. Oh my gosh, do I have milk, ice cream, chocolate...it may snow again and we may never be able to get the essentials!!!

Don't laugh - you can't imagine how many people crowd the grocery stores and buy up every last shovel at the first sign of snow. I live in NJ from crying out loud, not the frozen tundra! It doesn't (usually) snow THAT much. And haven't they even heard of planning ahead! Hope you can shovel yourself out it time to go to China :)
ReplyDeleteSnow day! Put on your pjs and enjoy the day! ; )
ReplyDeleteOh I know! Before moving here to CA, we lived in NY. If the weatherman even forcasted snow, the grocery store shelves would be bare in a matter of minutes! Don't people have enough essentials to stay home at least for one day...too funny!
ReplyDeleteThank God you had chocolate so there was no reason to run out!
ReplyDeleteSo true, so true.
ReplyDeleteYou have the best back yard view. And the best deck for chilling out. Although on a snow day you might wanna chill inside!
ReplyDeleteI have been napping almost all day! Love the snow day.
ReplyDeleteHere in WV we bombard Krogers for toilet paper, white bread, and milk; then on to the video store. We haven't had a blizzard in several years, but my fingers are crossed!
ReplyDeleteOMG, snowed in with no chocolate would most definitely be a tragedy...possibly a natural disaster!

Being an Arizonan, I can appreciate your concern over this freakish white stuff falling from the sky. Hand tough, this too will pass. Michele
ReplyDeleteYou see anymore of that stuff, send it up to Tennessee! We haven't had one snow day this year {sigh} and we are getting desperate!
