Maisie meets Nathaniel

photo e Since I wasn’t able to steal little Nathaniel Seth home with me, we had to wait until he and his Mommy returned home to Georgia, from Texas, before Maisie could meet him.  Judy & Nathaniel returned home Thursday but it wasn’t until this morning that we had the opportunity to go visit.  Almost immediately after we arrived Nathaniel was snuggled in Maisie’s lap.  Compared to when an adult holds him, he looks so big next to Maisie.

photo (5)eI of course needed some snuggle time with “my” little guy and Maisie snuggled in too as she didn’t want to be left out.

photo (2)eNathaniel is a growing boy and loves his bottle.

photo (7)eMaisie loved feeding little Nathaniel.

photo (3)eShe did a great job and fed him the entire bottle.

photo (6)eOf course after his bottle it was naptime for wee baby boy and he was just as comfortable on Maisie’s lap as he had been on my chest in Texas.

photo (4)eJudy said no to us taking “my” Nathaniel home with us so it was one last snuggle with the two little cutie-patooties before Maisie and I had to head home.  It will be a couple of weeks until we see little Nathaniel again, sure hope he remembers us.

Right before I left for Texas I made a new salmon recipe, Toasted Sesame Ginger Salmon with Sesame Ginger Honey Glaze which Maisie went absolutely crazy for and she’s been asking me to make it again ever since she first tried it.  So this week there happened to be a great sale on salmon so I purchased two large filets and made my girl what she craved.  I am thrilled that she loves this recipe so much and she eats a huge portion so it’s a wonderful way to get some great protein into her.  I’d love for you to check out the recipe either by clicking on the link or the picture and I hope that you and your family love it as much as Maisie and the rest of us do.
