Today some the Moms-to-be gathered for lunch to celebrate with Sonia. She has just a few days left before she leaves to meet her sweet Kailee. Sonia loves lambs so even before our lunches arrived, the caramel with cream cheese frosting, lamb cupcakes were sampled and she opened numerous gifts which fit her lamb theme. It was fun girls and Sonia, have a wonderful trip and make sure that you post lots of pictures while in China.

ReplyDeleteLisa - this wait thing is horrific, but stay positive - there is a baby at the end and the ONE baby who is YOUR baby will be worth the wait. We were DTC 3/11/05 and got our referral 12/8/05. When we started it was a smooth 6 month sail... we all know what rough seas we ended up in.. but you are not sailing alone and it really does get better eventually - then the happiness will push all this other stuff out. I remember all the wait angst - but it seem so far away now, home just 3 months! Rest, keep shopping pamper yourself.. honestly I am lucky I have time for a shower now that I am back to work and all. Eat with candles... wear sexy nighties.. all things you will not have time for in a few months. I know that my words are not much comfort right now - but it will be well. I oughta know!
