I am over the top excited for them and can't wait to start the celebrating! Claire Cai was born August 16, 2006, at 7 mo. old she was 14 lbs., 25" and is currently residing in the Xinyu City Social Welfare Institute, Jiangxi Province, China. Here's wishing the new parents a speedy TA.
