Cartwheels & back walkovers on the beam and Mama messes up

Last week Maisie came home super excited from one of her morning practices as she was doing back handsprings on the balance beam and couldn’t wait for me to see them.  She asked if I would video tape her doing them so this morning I brought my Flip camera and stayed at the gym for a bit to get some video.  While I was there and as I didn’t have any video of her doing cartwheels or back walkovers on the beam I decided to capture those too.  Maisie started on the beam with cartwheels, moved on to back walkovers and then did her warm-up back handsprings on the floor and I have all of that on video… but as soon as she got on the beam to do her back handsprings my camera battery died…I couldn’t believe it.  So here’s a video of Maisie on the beam doing cartwheels and back walkovers and her back handspring warm-ups on the floor and another day I’ll capture the back handsprings on the beam.
