Her own special ingredient

I just posted about a really wonderful and delicious Roast Beef and Garlic Herb Cheese Sandwich over on Cook Lisa CookMaisie loves the roast beef and the garlic herb cheese but she adds her own special touch to make the sandwich her own.

IMG_0149eMaisie says that adding potato chips makes her sandwich more delicious and she likes the crunch.

Here’s the version that Eammon and I enjoy.  I know, oh-so typical with chips on the side.  Click on the picture to be taken to the recipe.IMG_0137e
